No one has ever known anything like it so its to be expected that there are different ways people are coping
One thing I have seen is a rise in the number of people sticking at home fitness videos out there
Which is great in one respect
But dangerous in another
A lot have got no fitness training background but just share what they do
And it can get be easy to get sucked into this and start to copy it yourself
But here is the thing my friend
A bog standard HIIT session might be totally wrong for you
You couldve trained for the last 6 months to be ready to get yourself in the best place to play, and then do something completely different that you saw on instragram
Of course you wont be able to do exactly the type of specific training you did before lockdown, but you can still do plenty of position specific drills
We gave all our Inner Circle members an at home plan which requires very little kit but is still specific to bowling
Avoid the trap of trashing your body, as in the long run it wont help your game
